1) Each order is processed within 24 hours of payment for custom-made orders and for the ready to wear, manufacturing for kalamkari outfits(handpainted outfits) takes 20-25 days and others 7-20 days, in case you are notified that it will take longer than 14 days it is due to the fact that the fabric is taking longer to be painted due to weather conditions, etc.
Please note that shades of color may differ
Some colors may be slightly different from the photograph
2) Please note that different monitors display colors differently and also depend on whether the display has been calibrated properly. If you have placed an order for a custom made for a particular color a sample must be provided, don’t rely entirely on the photograph.
3) Please note that the color shades may differ from the image slightly due to the dye being natural pigments. Please note the outfit and photograph, there might be variations in color.
4) Please note that pricing is subject to change without notice, due to changing variability in cost.
1) All returns are non-refundable, though we understand sometimes things may change so we can only exchange sizes.
2) All exchanges are to be made within 5 days of delivery.
3) The cost of exchange is to be borne by the customer.
1) All the products are closely inspected before dispatch, in case of any damage you must notify us within 2 working days with a picture on our email id grounds or damaged fabric is torn all the items to be returned by you should be unwashed, unworn, and un damaged.
2) Once you send us the product or return it either for size or in the case of damage, it shall be inspected by our team, and once approved a new piece will be shipped.
3)The customer will be allowed to exchange only once.
